Giselle Georgi is a trauma-informed multidisciplinary artist, facilitator and coach who excels at holding space where creativity and wellness meet. As someone who has CPTSD, Giselle has avidly explored many modalities and philosophies to find the right blend that could heal her and transform her life. Now that she has achieved this, she seeks to share her successful methods with others. Compassion and Authenticity are two principles which guide everything that she does. She is struck by the radical accessibility of art and mindfulness as tools for post-traumatic growth.

"Underlying everything I do is this core philosophy: When it comes to human beings, there is no such thing as Enough or Not Enough. Instead, we are Whole and Complete, Present and Grounded, and Happy, should we choose to be."

As a coach, I blend meditation and mindfulness with practical planning and accountability to rewire the brain for success. I am an Empowerment & Alignment coach who focuses on two key relationships: The relationship between productivity and self-esteem, and the relationship between our values (which shape our goals) and our actions. I believe the key to being effective and fulfilled in the world is to first explore and master oneself. I value being reliable, honest and consistent as a coach.

I guide various meditation types such as mindfulness, chanting, affirmations and different visualization techniques. I hold space for discussion after the meditation to explore thoughts and feelings that arose during the session.I started my meditation practice at age 15, and have been guiding others in the practice for 9 years. I integrate mindfulness, affirmations, and Zen Buddhist philosophy within my meditations. I recently took a Transcendental Meditation course, and attended an immersive month-long Zen residency program in September at the acclaimed Mountain Cloud Zen Center in New Mexico.

As a sound healer, utilizing chimes, crystal singing bowls, drums and other soothing instruments, I create a meditative soundscape which feels extremely comforting and stimulating at once. This technique is great for beginning and neurodivergent meditators, as it provides an external focal point for those who are easily distracted or for whom silent meditation feels too difficult, although beneficial for all levels. Having studied music from ages 12-21, I blend my knowledge of percussive instruments with my experience in guided meditation to create a soothing, atmospheric and dreamy soundscape which gently invites you to experience your inner world at new depths. My sound healing technique is unique in that I utilize a variety of instruments, including my own voice.
