Interview with Dylan Nunn, Founder of the "Beauty in the Backyard." Music Festival.
Dylan Nunn brings extensive experience in the events industry, including the creation of his own music festival, Beauty in the Backyard. Currently, he serves as the Director of Programming at GGBY festival in Moab, Utah, where he oversees festival production and manages a team to ensure successful events. His roles have honed his communication and teamwork abilities, which are essential for effective collaboration in fast-paced environments.
Dylan's career spans various roles, such as a Solar Energy Consultant at Powur, PBC, where he provides tailored solar solutions and oversees project execution. As a Business Development Manager at PodTechs, he establishes client relationships and provides podcast recording services for live events.
Growing up in Nairobi, Kenya, with cultural anthropologist parents, Dylan developed a strong foundation in empathy, humility, and compassion, which he brings to every project. He is also the Co-Founder of Metta Creative, a social impact organization that creates transformative nightlife experiences, and he co-leads, Beauty in the Backyard a celebration of the creative arts on the East Coast.
